利巴韋林霧化吸入液的含量測定及體外肺沉積率考察

【摘要】:目的建立HPLC法測定利巴韋林霧化吸入液中利巴韋林含量的方法,并對其體外沉積率進(jìn)行考察。方法采用SB-AQ C18色譜柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流動(dòng)相為水,流速:1.0ml·min~(-1),檢測波長:207nm。采用新一代多級藥用撞擊器測定利巴韋林霧化吸入液的有效部位沉積率。結(jié)果在41.6~416μg·ml~(-1)范圍內(nèi),峰面積對質(zhì)量濃度有良好的線性關(guān)系,日內(nèi)精密度和日間精密度均2%(n=5);回收率在98%~102%;體外沉積率為68.51%。結(jié)論本含量測定方法準(zhǔn)確可靠、重復(fù)性好,該制劑的體外肺沉積率符合要求。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish a HPLC method for the determination of ribavirin in ribavirin atomized inhalation solution and to investigate its deposition rate in vitro. Methods SB-AQ C18 column (250mm 脳 4.6mm, 5 渭 m) was used, the mobile phase was water, the flow rate was 1.0ml 路min ~ (- 1), and the detection wavelength was 207nm.
