利巴韋林霧化吸入液的含量測(cè)定及體外肺沉積率考察

【摘要】:目的建立HPLC法測(cè)定利巴韋林霧化吸入液中利巴韋林含量的方法,并對(duì)其體外沉積率進(jìn)行考察。方法采用SB-AQ C18色譜柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流動(dòng)相為水,流速:1.0ml·min~(-1),檢測(cè)波長(zhǎng):207nm。采用新一代多級(jí)藥用撞擊器測(cè)定利巴韋林霧化吸入液的有效部位沉積率。結(jié)果在41.6~416μg·ml~(-1)范圍內(nèi),峰面積對(duì)質(zhì)量濃度有良好的線(xiàn)性關(guān)系,日內(nèi)精密度和日間精密度均2%(n=5);回收率在98%~102%;體外沉積率為68.51%。結(jié)論本含量測(cè)定方法準(zhǔn)確可靠、重復(fù)性好,該制劑的體外肺沉積率符合要求。
