新型CDDO衍生物的合成及抗腫瘤活性
[Abstract]:The structure of 2-cyano-3,12-dioxo-oleanone-1, 9 (11)-diene-28-carboxylic acid (CDDO) was modified and several nitrogen-containing heterocycles were introduced into C ~ (18) C _ (17) carboxyl groups by different connecting arms. Twelve new compounds (9a~9l), which have not been reported in the literature, have been designed and synthesized. Their structures have been confirmed by ESI-MS,IR and ~ 1H NMR. The inhibitory activity of compounds on HCT-116,A549 and HepG2 tumor cells was evaluated by MTT assay. The results showed that some compounds had strong inhibitory activity on tumor cells, among which compound 9c had the strongest activity, which was higher than that of CDDOImidazolinone derivative (CDDO-Im). The plasma stability test of compound 9c showed that the plasma stability of compound 9c was significantly higher than that of CDDO-Im..
