【摘要】：正1960年,隨著第一個(gè)女用復(fù)方口服甾體激素避孕藥Enovid在美國(guó)上市,人類開(kāi)啟了自由掌握生殖權(quán)利的新篇章,同時(shí)也開(kāi)辟了藥理學(xué)中的一個(gè)新領(lǐng)域——生殖藥理學(xué)。20世紀(jì)七八十年代,隨著一系列甾體激素化合物相繼合成,生育調(diào)節(jié)和激素替代治療藥物的研發(fā)成為熱點(diǎn),生殖藥理學(xué)的學(xué)科發(fā)展也進(jìn)入繁盛時(shí)期。我國(guó)20世紀(jì)五六十年代啟動(dòng)了甾體激素用于避孕的研究。1978年,為促進(jìn)避孕藥(具)的發(fā)展,成立了上海市計(jì)劃生育科學(xué)研究所。1990年成立了中國(guó)藥理學(xué)會(huì)生殖藥理學(xué)專業(yè)委員
[Abstract]:In 1960, with the launch of the first female compound oral steroid hormone contraceptive Enovid in the United States, humans opened a new chapter in the free control of reproductive rights. At the same time, it also opened up a new field of pharmacology-reproductive pharmacology. In the 1970s and 1980s, with the synthesis of a series of steroid hormone compounds one after another, the research and development of fertility regulation and hormone replacement therapy drugs became a hot spot. The subject of reproductive pharmacology has also entered a prosperous period. In the 1950s and 1960s, the research on the use of steroids in contraceptives was launched in China. In 1978, in order to promote the development of contraceptive, Shanghai Institute of Family Planning Science was established. In 1990, the Professional Committee of Reproductive Pharmacology of the Chinese Pharmacological Society was established.
