【摘要】：采用新型混合模式色譜柱Dionex Acclaim汶Mixed-Mode WAX-1,建立了高效液相色譜法測定利伐沙班中的殘留溶劑乙酸。流動(dòng)相為乙腈∶0.025 mol/L磷酸二氫鉀溶液(50∶50),檢測波長為210 nm,以外標(biāo)法計(jì)算。乙酸在1~10μg/ml范圍內(nèi)線性關(guān)系良好,平均回收率為100.6%,RSD為0.10%。
