血小板保存介質(zhì)的研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:血小板體外保存的質(zhì)和量,是血液服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)對(duì)血液制品關(guān)注的重點(diǎn)。由于目前供應(yīng)臨床的主要是濃縮血小板產(chǎn)品,其懸浮液采用的是血漿成分,所以現(xiàn)有的血小板保存條件仍會(huì)引起輸注不良反應(yīng)等問(wèn)題。因此如何更好地減少血小板儲(chǔ)存損傷,提高血小板保存的質(zhì)和量,減少輸注不良反應(yīng)的發(fā)生一直是實(shí)驗(yàn)研究的熱點(diǎn)。我們就血小板保存介質(zhì)中關(guān)于解決這些問(wèn)題的相關(guān)研究進(jìn)展做一綜述和總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:The quality and quantity of platelets stored in vitro is the focus of the blood service institutions to pay attention to the blood products. At present, the concentrated platelet products are mainly supplied in clinic, and the suspensions are made of plasma components, so the existing conditions of platelet preservation will still cause the adverse effects of transfusion and so on. Therefore, how to reduce platelet storage damage, improve the quality and quantity of platelet storage, and reduce the occurrence of adverse effects of infusion has been the focus of experimental research. In this paper, we review and summarize the research progress of platelet preservation mediators on solving these problems.
