促紅細(xì)胞生成素衍生肽的組織保護(hù)作用研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:促紅細(xì)胞生成素(EPO)因其促進(jìn)造血功能而廣泛用于臨床。近年來(lái)大量實(shí)驗(yàn)證實(shí),大劑量EPO能夠通過(guò)抗氧化應(yīng)激、抗凋亡、抗炎癥等效應(yīng)發(fā)揮組織保護(hù)作用,但會(huì)產(chǎn)生血栓及高血壓等不良反應(yīng),臨床效果不佳。而促紅細(xì)胞生成素衍生肽(HBSP)既保留了EPO的組織保護(hù)活性又無(wú)EPO的副作用,近年來(lái)備受關(guān)注。最新報(bào)道證實(shí),HBSP通過(guò)抗凋亡、抗炎、抗氧化應(yīng)激對(duì)神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)、心臟、腎臟等發(fā)揮多種組織保護(hù)作用,具有良好的臨床應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:Erythropoietin (EPO) (Erythropoietin) is widely used in clinic because of its promoting hematopoiesis. In recent years, a large number of experiments have confirmed that high-dose EPO can play a role in tissue protection through anti-oxidative stress, anti-apoptosis, anti-inflammatory effects, but will produce thrombus and hypertension and other adverse reactions, and the clinical effect is not good. Erythropoietin-derived peptide (HBSP) not only preserves the tissue protective activity of EPO but also has no side effects of EPO, which has attracted much attention in recent years. Recent reports confirmed that HBSP can protect the nervous system, heart and kidney by anti-apoptosis, anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidative stress, and has a good clinical application prospect.
