【摘要】：目的分析門(mén)診西藥房處方用藥差錯(cuò)發(fā)生的原因及對(duì)患者治療效果的影響。方法選2013年7月至2014年8月我院門(mén)診發(fā)生的處方用藥差錯(cuò)事件100例,對(duì)10例用藥差錯(cuò)事件發(fā)生的原因進(jìn)行分析,并針對(duì)問(wèn)題采取相對(duì)應(yīng)的處理措施。結(jié)果門(mén)診西藥處方用藥出現(xiàn)差錯(cuò)的原因主要為藥品數(shù)量、取藥人員因素及藥師因素等。結(jié)論對(duì)門(mén)診西藥處方用藥加強(qiáng)系統(tǒng)管理,改善處方用藥環(huán)境,加強(qiáng)藥師的專業(yè)知識(shí)技能,提高藥士的專業(yè)性,降低門(mén)診西藥處方用藥可能出現(xiàn)的差錯(cuò)情況。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the causes of prescription errors in out-patient western pharmacies and its effect on patients' treatment. Methods from July 2013 to August 2014, 100 cases of prescription drug use errors occurred in outpatient department of our hospital were selected, and the causes of 10 cases of drug use errors were analyzed, and corresponding measures were taken to deal with the problems. Results the main causes of the errors in prescription use of western medicine in outpatient department were the quantity of drugs, the factors of drug-taking personnel and pharmacists, and so on. Conclusion to strengthen the systematic management, improve the environment of prescription drug use, strengthen the professional knowledge and skills of pharmacists, improve the specialty of pharmacists, and reduce the possible errors in prescription use of western medicine in out-patient clinic.
