纈沙坦膠囊灌胃給藥后在兔眼組織的分布規(guī)律研究

【摘要】:目的:研究纈沙坦膠囊灌胃給藥后在兔眼組織的分布規(guī)律。方法:取兔3只(6只眼),ig纈沙坦溶液,每次7.5 mg,每日2次,連用6 d。于末次給藥后1 h處死兔,采集角膜、虹膜、房水、晶狀體、玻璃體液、視網(wǎng)膜組織,采用高效液相色譜法測(cè)定各組織中纈沙坦的含量。結(jié)果:纈沙坦在視網(wǎng)膜、虹膜、角膜、房水、玻璃體液、晶狀體中的含量依次為(4.274±1.75)、(2.233±0.72)、(0.871±0.66)、(0.713±0.49)、(0.177±0.07)、(0.083±0.06)μg/g。結(jié)論:連續(xù)多次給藥后纈沙坦在兔眼內(nèi)各組織中分布不均勻,以視網(wǎng)膜中的含量為最高,虹膜次之,晶狀體、玻璃體液中的含量最低。

The cornea, iris, aqueous humor, lens, vitreous fluid and retinal tissue were collected and the content of valsartan in each tissue was determined by HPLC. Results: the contents of valsartan in retina, iris, cornea, aqueous humor, vitreous fluid and lens were (4.274 鹵1.75), (2.233 鹵0.72), (0.871 鹵0.66), (0.713 鹵0.49), (0.177 鹵0.07). (0.083 鹵0.06ug / g) Conclusion: after repeated administration of valsartan, the content of valsartan in the retina is the highest, the iris is the second, the lens and vitreous fluid is the lowest.
