【摘要】：對(duì)1株喜樹(shù)內(nèi)生真菌Diaporthe sp.XZ-07的次生代謝產(chǎn)物進(jìn)行研究。采用RP-18,Sephadex LH-20,硅膠等材料進(jìn)行色譜柱分離純化得到2個(gè)新化合物,鑒定為5-((E)-1,4,5-trihydroxyhex-2-enyl)furan-2(5H)-one(1)和(5Z)-5-(2,3,4,5-tetrahydroxyhexylidene)furan-2(5H)-one(2)。用MTT法測(cè)試化合物活性,結(jié)果顯示化合物1對(duì)Hela有較強(qiáng)抑制活性,化合物2對(duì)MCF-7,SH-SY5Y,3LL均有較強(qiáng)抑制活性。
[Abstract]:The secondary metabolites of Diaporthe sp.XZ-07 from an endophytic fungus of Camptotheca acuminata were studied. Two new compounds were isolated and purified on RP-18,Sephadex LH-20, silica gel column. They were identified as 5-(E)-1,4,5-trihydroxyhexa-furan-2 (5H)-one (1) and (5Z)-5-(2,3,3,5) furan-2 (5H)-one (1) and (5Z)-5-(2,3,3,5Z). 4,5-tetrahydroxyhexylidene furan-2 (5H)-one (2). The activity of compound 1 was tested by MTT method. The results showed that compound 1 had strong inhibitory activity on Hela and compound 2 had strong inhibitory activity on MCF-7,SH-SY5Y,3LL.
