【摘要】：采用回顧性方法,收集我院2014年1月至12月出院的Ⅰ類切口手術(shù)患者病歷共800份,對(duì)患者一般資料及抗菌藥物應(yīng)用相關(guān)指標(biāo)等進(jìn)行分析。Ⅰ類切口手術(shù)應(yīng)用抗菌藥物不合理現(xiàn)象依然存在,醫(yī)院必須加強(qiáng)對(duì)醫(yī)務(wù)人員抗菌藥物合理使用相關(guān)知識(shí)的培訓(xùn),同時(shí)應(yīng)對(duì)圍手術(shù)期抗菌藥物的治療性應(yīng)用與預(yù)防性應(yīng)用給予同樣重視,才能使抗菌藥物的使用更加合理。
