綠色分析技術及其在藥物分析中的應用研究進展

【摘要】:用于藥物分析的色譜和光譜等分析法需要大量有機溶劑,并產(chǎn)生大量揮發(fā)性廢棄物,對環(huán)境有害。減少或消除有機溶劑消耗而又無損分析效果的綠色分析技術日益受到重視。本文就色譜、光譜及其它分析技術的綠色化策略的最新進展進行了綜述。重點從降低溶劑消耗和使用綠色替代溶劑兩方面來闡述綠色液相色譜技術的發(fā)展,包括綠色樣品制備技術、快速液相色譜、液相系統(tǒng)的小型化及乙醇、純水等替代溶劑的使用。并簡單介紹氣相色譜法、生物分析技術、光譜法及其他分析技術的綠色化應用進展。同時,本文還就綠色分析技術在藥物分析中的發(fā)展趨勢進行了討論和展望。
[Abstract]:Chromatographic and spectroscopic analysis for drug analysis requires a large number of organic solvents and produces a large amount of volatile waste, which is harmful to the environment. Green analytical techniques that reduce or eliminate organic solvent consumption without loss of analytical effect have been paid more and more attention. In this paper, the recent advances in greening strategies of chromatography, spectrum and other analytical techniques are reviewed. The development of green liquid chromatography technology, including green sample preparation technology, rapid liquid chromatography, miniaturization of liquid system and the use of ethanol and pure water, is described in detail from the aspects of reducing solvent consumption and using green alternative solvents, such as green sample preparation technology, rapid liquid chromatography, liquid system miniaturization and the use of ethanol and pure water. The green applications of gas chromatography, biological analysis, spectral analysis and other analytical techniques are briefly introduced. At the same time, the development trend of green analysis technology in drug analysis is discussed and prospected.
