【摘要】：本文主要綜述了近年來熱分析法在藥物質(zhì)量分析研究中多晶型方面的應(yīng)用及發(fā)展前景。熱分析技術(shù)是測定藥物在一定受熱條件下發(fā)生相變的快速簡便的工具,通過判斷藥物穩(wěn)定晶型和亞穩(wěn)態(tài)晶型的熱效應(yīng)不同來進行研究,并可通過一定的分析手段進行定性定量研究。它具有操作方法簡便,成本低,結(jié)果精確度及準確度高,在藥物多晶型分析研究中具有重要意義,受到國內(nèi)外越來越多的重視,具有廣大的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the application and prospect of thermal analysis in drug quality analysis are reviewed. Thermal analysis is a rapid and convenient tool for the determination of phase transition of drugs under certain heating conditions. The thermal effects of stable and metastable crystalline forms of drugs are determined to be different. The qualitative and quantitative study can be carried out by certain means of analysis. It has the advantages of simple operation, low cost, high accuracy and accuracy. It is of great significance in the analysis of polycrystalline forms of drugs. It has been paid more and more attention at home and abroad, and has a broad application prospect.
