【摘要】：目的了解氟喹諾酮類抗菌藥物使用情況,為合理用藥提供依據(jù)。方法對2011-2013年武漢市34家醫(yī)院氟喹諾酮類藥使用數(shù)量和消耗金額進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果 3年中,氟喹諾酮類抗菌藥物年銷售金額在11 000萬元~12 000萬元,除注射劑和口服劑外,眼用制劑逐步占有一定的市場,年度用藥金額在6%左右。除左氧氟沙星、莫西沙星銷售金額靠前且呈上升趨勢外,加替沙星、帕珠沙星和司帕沙星等呈驟降趨勢,吉米沙星、蘆氟沙星等部分產(chǎn)品已逐漸退出該地區(qū)。結(jié)論該地區(qū)氟喹諾酮類抗菌藥物的監(jiān)管進(jìn)一步取得成效,用藥數(shù)據(jù)與過去3年相比,用量及品種漸趨合理。
[Abstract]:Objective To study the use of the anti-bacterials of the fluoronone type, and provide the basis for the rational use of the drugs. Methods The use quantity and consumption amount of florfenone type drug in 34 hospitals in Wuhan, 2011-2013 were analyzed and analyzed. Results In the 3-year period, the annual sales amount of the anti-bacterial drug of the fluticorone was in the range of 11 million yuan to 12 million yuan. In addition to the injection and the oral agent, the eye-use preparations gradually occupy a certain market, and the annual medication amount is about 6%. In addition to levofloxacin and moxifloxacin, the sales amount of Moxifloxacin was on the rise, and some of the products, such as the Gatifloxacin, Pazufloxacin and Spatina, have gradually dropped out of the area. Conclusion The supervision of the anti-bacterial drugs in the region of the region is more effective than that in the past three years, and the dosage and variety of the drug are more and more reasonable.
