【摘要】：正1臨床資料患者女性,73歲,主因"經(jīng)皮冠狀動脈介入治療(PCI)術(shù)后3年,胸悶、氣短伴頭暈1d",于2016-04-11就診于我院。入院后查體:體溫36.7℃,脈搏77次/min,呼吸19次/min,血壓176/90 mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 k Pa);雙肺呼吸音清,未聞及干濕性Up音及胸膜摩擦音;心界擴(kuò)大,心室率77次/min,律齊,心音有力,二尖瓣聽診區(qū)可聞及3/6級收縮
