【摘要】：目的:建立住院藥師藥物咨詢培訓(xùn)體系,培養(yǎng)具備藥物咨詢能力的住院藥師。方法:對我院住院藥師進行藥物咨詢培訓(xùn),培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容包括藥物咨詢工作流程、藥物咨詢常用查詢工具、溝通技巧、專業(yè)技能實踐、突發(fā)事件的處理和文獻檢索方法等。結(jié)果與結(jié)論:經(jīng)過藥物咨詢教學(xué)培訓(xùn)的住院藥師已基本具備藥物咨詢的專業(yè)實踐能力,實現(xiàn)了藥學(xué)基礎(chǔ)理論與臨床實踐的結(jié)合。
[Abstract]:Objective: to establish drug consultation and training system for pharmacists in hospital. Methods: drug consultation training was conducted for pharmacists in our hospital. The contents of the training included the work flow of drug consultation, commonly used inquiry tools, communication skills, practice of professional skills, emergency handling and literature retrieval methods. Results & conclusion: the resident pharmacists who were trained in drug counseling teaching had the basic practical ability of drug consultation and realized the combination of pharmaceutical basic theory and clinical practice.
