光響應(yīng)多功能藥物載體的制備及其對宮頸癌細胞的抑制作用

【摘要】:細胞因子的過量分泌有可能造成癌細胞的耐藥性,導(dǎo)致癌細胞的增殖和遷移。為了清除相關(guān)細胞因子,同時抑制癌細胞生長,本實驗合成了一種在紫外光/暗室處理下可同時控制釋放抗癌藥物多烯紫杉醇和智能吸附宮頸癌細胞分泌的血管內(nèi)皮細胞生長因子的磁性靶向多功能藥物載體。宮頸癌細胞的增殖抑制實驗結(jié)果表明,多功能藥物載體控釋藥物的化療作用聯(lián)合血管內(nèi)皮細胞生長因子清除作用,對癌細胞的抑制效果明顯優(yōu)于單純藥物化療結(jié)果。因此,該多功能藥物載體在癌癥的臨床化療中具有極大的應(yīng)用潛力。
[Abstract]:Excessive secretion of cytokines may lead to drug resistance of cancer cells, leading to the proliferation and migration of cancer cells. In order to remove the associated cytokines and inhibit the growth of cancer cells, A magnetic targeting multifunctional drug carrier which can simultaneously control the release of the anticancer drug docetaxel and the vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) secreted by cervical cancer cells under UV / dark chamber treatment was synthesized. The results of proliferation inhibition test showed that the chemotherapeutic effect of multifunctional drug carrier controlled release drugs combined with vascular endothelial growth factor (VECF) scavenging effect on cancer cells was significantly better than that of drug chemotherapy alone. Therefore, this multifunctional drug carrier has great potential in clinical chemotherapy of cancer.
