【摘要】：目的對(duì)克羅米通含量測(cè)定方法進(jìn)行研究。方法分別采用質(zhì)量平衡法,高效液相色譜外標(biāo)法與核磁定量法(QNMR)測(cè)定了克羅米通標(biāo)準(zhǔn)物質(zhì)的含量。并對(duì)3個(gè)方法結(jié)果的準(zhǔn)確性進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果采用上述3種方法測(cè)得的含量分別為99.2%、102.9%和99.1%。結(jié)論因本品順反異構(gòu)體紫外響應(yīng)因子可能不同,《中國(guó)藥典》2010年版克羅米通現(xiàn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中所采用順反異構(gòu)體峰面積總和計(jì)算含量的方法是值得商榷的;采用QNMR法則可以分別測(cè)得順反異構(gòu)體的含量,為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)物質(zhì)的定值提供了佐證的方法。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the method for the determination of clomithione. Methods the mass equilibrium method, high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) external standard method and nuclear magnetic field quantitative method (QNMR) were used to determine the content of the standard material. The accuracy of the three methods was evaluated. Results the contents of the above three methods were 99.2% 102.9% and 99.1%, respectively. Conclusion because the UV response factor of cis-trans isomer may be different, the method of calculating the content of cis and transisomer peak area summation used in the current standard of Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010 edition is debatable. The content of cis-trans isomers can be determined by QNMR rule, which provides a method to support the determination of standard materials.
