【摘要】：目的:為臨床安全、有效、合理使用抗感染藥物提供參考。方法:利用用藥金額、用藥頻度、用藥金額排序/用藥頻度排序的序號(hào)比、日均費(fèi)用等指標(biāo),對(duì)我院血液內(nèi)科2009-2013年抗感染藥物的使用進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果:血液內(nèi)科使用的抗感染藥物主要有β-內(nèi)酰胺類(lèi)及其復(fù)方制劑、抗真菌藥、氟喹諾酮類(lèi)、糖肽類(lèi)五大類(lèi);5年所用抗感染藥物中序號(hào)比≥1的抗感染藥物占比依次為70%、60%、70%、60%、65%。結(jié)論:我院血液內(nèi)科抗感染藥物的使用基本合理,提倡更多選擇價(jià)格便宜而且銷(xiāo)售金額與使用人次同步性好的抗感染藥物。
[Abstract]:Objective: to provide reference for clinical safety, effective and rational use of anti-infective drugs. Methods: the use of antiinfective drugs in blood department of our hospital from 2009 to 2013 was statistically analyzed by using the indexes of the sum of money used, the frequency of drug use, the ordinal number ratio of the order of drug use sum of money / frequency of drug use, and the daily average cost, etc. Results: the main antiinfective drugs used in the Department of Hematology included 尾 -lactams and their compound preparations, antifungal agents, fluoroquinolones and glycopeptides.
