【摘要】：目的:探討藥學(xué)干預(yù)在醫(yī)院超常使用藥品美羅培南管理中的影響。方法:回顧性分析藥師干預(yù)前后美羅培南處方合理使用、使用量和使用金額等相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),并進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果:藥師起草院內(nèi)藥品合理使用規(guī)范,明確6條使用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。藥學(xué)干預(yù)前后美羅培南處方合理使用率極顯著上升(P0.01)。與同期相比,美羅培南使用頻度比和金額比在干預(yù)后有顯著性降低。結(jié)論:藥學(xué)干預(yù)在醫(yī)院藥品合理使用管理中不可或缺。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the influence of pharmaceutical intervention on the management of meropenem in hospital. Methods: the data of rational use, usage and amount of meropenem before and after intervention by pharmacists were analyzed retrospectively. Results: pharmacists drafted the standard of rational use of drugs in the hospital and defined 6 standards. The rational use rate of meropenem increased significantly before and after pharmacological intervention (P 0.01). Compared with the same period, the ratio of use frequency and amount of meropenem decreased significantly after intervention. Conclusion: pharmaceutical intervention is indispensable in the management of rational use of drugs in hospitals.
