雙氰胺熔點對照品熔點差異分析

【摘要】:目的:探究中國藥典和世界衛(wèi)生組織雙氰胺熔點對照品熔點差異的原因。方法:采用差示掃描量熱分析(DSC)和熱重/差熱同步分析(TGA/SDTA)研究雙氰胺熔點對照品的熔融過程,DSC升溫速率10℃·min-1,干燥氣N2流速50 m L·min-1,TGA/SDTA升溫速率20℃·min-1,干燥氣N2流速25 m L·min-1;并進一步通過HPLC法分析熔融前、中、后的樣品。結(jié)果:差示掃描量熱分析和熱重/差熱同步分析發(fā)現(xiàn)3個對照品的熱力學行為基本一致,提示熔融后期可能已經(jīng)熱降解;HPLC法進一步證實雙氰胺的熔融過程伴有部分降解。結(jié)論:熱穩(wěn)定性可能是造成中國藥典和世界衛(wèi)生組織雙氰胺熔點對照品熔點差異的原因,雙氰胺繼續(xù)作為熔點對照品值得商榷。
