【摘要】：砷是眾所周知的一類致癌源,能誘發(fā)多種癌癥,但其衍生物三氧化二砷(arsenic trioxide,As2O3)卻是一種很有潛力的抗癌物,對于急性早幼粒白血病(acute promyelocytic leukemia,APL)等多種腫瘤均具有良好的治療效果。但As2O3毒性反應較強,這使其臨床應用受到限制。因此,預防As2O3在治療過程中產(chǎn)生的毒副作用越來越得到重視。目前有研究顯示可通過改良給藥方式、與其他藥物聯(lián)合應用、更新藥物劑型等方式來降低其不良反應發(fā)生。筆者結(jié)合國內(nèi)外相關文獻就防治As2O3毒副作用的實驗和臨床進展作一綜述。
[Abstract]:Arsenic is a well-known carcinogen that can induce many kinds of cancers, but its derivative arsenic trioxide (arsenic trioxide,As2O3) is a potential anticancer agent for acute promyelocytic leukemia (acute promyelocytic leukemia,). APL) and other tumors have good therapeutic effect. However, the toxicity of As2O3 is strong, which limits its clinical application. Therefore, more and more attention has been paid to the prevention of toxic side effects of As2O3 in the course of treatment. Recent studies have shown that adverse reactions can be reduced by improved administration, combined use with other drugs, and renewal of drug formulations. The experimental and clinical progress in the prevention and treatment of toxic and side effects of As2O3 was reviewed in combination with the relevant literature at home and abroad.
