【摘要】：目的對(duì)國(guó)產(chǎn)注射用頭孢孟多酯鈉的質(zhì)量現(xiàn)狀和處方合理性進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià)。方法依據(jù)現(xiàn)行藥品質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)市場(chǎng)上的產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn);對(duì)不同處方制劑的關(guān)鍵檢測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)、穩(wěn)定性和不良反應(yīng)等指標(biāo)進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析。結(jié)果含碳酸鈉注射用頭孢孟多酯鈉制劑較不含碳酸鈉產(chǎn)品固體穩(wěn)定性沒有明顯差異;制成溶液后,雖然含碳酸鈉的產(chǎn)品溶液起始pH略高,水解速率相對(duì)較快,雜質(zhì)的增加速率也相對(duì)較快,但這種差異并不明顯;且含碳酸鈉的制劑溶液澄清度更不易變化。結(jié)論注射用頭孢孟多酯鈉處方中應(yīng)加入一定比例的碳酸鈉以確保產(chǎn)品安全性,但目前國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)上多為頭孢孟多酯鈉直接分裝的產(chǎn)品,其處方不合理。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the quality and prescription of cefmendium sodium for injection. Methods according to the current drug quality standards, the products in the market were tested, and the key test data, stability and adverse reactions of different prescription preparations were compared and analyzed. Results there was no significant difference in solid stability of cefmendium ester sodium for injection with sodium carbonate as compared with that without sodium carbonate. Although the initial pH of the product containing sodium carbonate is slightly higher, the hydrolysis rate is relatively fast, and the increase rate of impurity is relatively fast, the difference is not obvious, and the clarity degree of the preparation containing sodium carbonate is more difficult to change. Conclusion A certain proportion of sodium carbonate should be added to the formulation of cefmendium ester sodium for injection to ensure the safety of the product.
