【摘要】：目的:系統(tǒng)評價不同輸注方式對帕拉西林-他唑巴坦鈉臨床療效的影響。方法:在Pub Med,Web of Science,Pro Quest,Embase,Science Direct,Cochrane上檢索所有2015年1月1日前所有相關(guān)文獻,采用Revman 5.3軟件進行分析。結(jié)果:共納入2篇RCT和10篇觀察性研究文獻,結(jié)果顯示延長給藥組或連續(xù)給藥組相對于傳統(tǒng)給藥方法,能降低臨床死亡率[OR 0.68,CI(0.53,0.88),P=0.003],但臨床有效率差異無統(tǒng)計學意義[OR 0.84,CI(0.83,2.50),P=0.20]。結(jié)論:帕拉西林-他唑巴坦鈉采用延長或連續(xù)輸注的方式可以降低死亡率,臨床值得推薦。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the effect of different infusion modes on the clinical efficacy of paracillin-tazobactam sodium. Methods: all relevant literatures were searched on Pub Med,Web of Science,Pro Quest,Embase,Science Direct,Cochrane before January 1, 2015 and analyzed by Revman 5.3 software. Results: two articles of RCT and 10 articles of observational literature were included. The results showed that the prolonged or continuous administration group could reduce the clinical mortality rate compared with the traditional administration method [OR 0.68 CI (0.53 鹵0.88), P0. 003]. But there was no significant difference in the clinical effective rate [OR 0.84 CI (0.83P 2.50), P < 0.20]. Conclusion: prolonged or continuous infusion of paracillin-tazobactam sodium can reduce mortality.
