【摘要】：通過對(duì)比藥品、材料和試劑3類耗材的庫存管理辦法,分析業(yè)務(wù)流程、庫存管理模式、庫存變動(dòng)點(diǎn)、采購計(jì)劃數(shù)量制定、參與角色等層面,總結(jié)出3種不同的庫存管理模式的相似性在于:"請(qǐng)領(lǐng)—采購—發(fā)放出庫"的工作模式和存在對(duì)應(yīng)信息系統(tǒng),差異性在于庫存變化點(diǎn)、采購計(jì)劃生成量、庫房、庫存管理模式和具體角色名稱。最后,對(duì)3種庫存管理方法進(jìn)行總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:By comparing the methods of inventory management of three kinds of consumables, such as drugs, materials and reagents, the paper analyzes the business process, inventory management model, inventory change point, the quantity of purchase plan, the role of participation, and so on. The similarities of three different modes of inventory management are summarized as follows: "Please leader-procurement-release out of stock" working mode and the existence of corresponding information system, the difference lies in the point of change of inventory, the quantity of purchase plan, the warehouse, Inventory management model and specific role name. Finally, three methods of inventory management are summarized.
