GC-MS法測(cè)定甲磺酸培氟沙星中甲磺酸酯雜質(zhì)的研究

【摘要】:目的建立氣相質(zhì)譜方法的同時(shí)測(cè)定甲磺酸培氟沙星中甲磺酸甲酯(MMS)、甲磺酸乙酯(EMS)和甲磺酸異丙酯(IMS)含量。方法經(jīng)碘代試劑的柱前衍生化,將3種甲磺酸酯衍生成碘甲烷,碘乙烷和碘代異丙烷,利用DB-Wax石英毛細(xì)管柱(30m×0.25mm,0.25μm)分離,質(zhì)譜檢測(cè)器檢測(cè)。結(jié)果 MMS、EMS和IMS分別在34~549、31~499和26~411ng/m L具有良好的線性(r≥0.9999),平均回收率分別為101.8%、102.9%和100.6%,定量限≤2.6ng/m L。結(jié)論該方法可用于甲磺酸培氟沙星中甲磺酸酯類雜質(zhì)的分離分析,該方法簡(jiǎn)便、準(zhǔn)確且快速。
