【摘要】：沃替西汀(vortioxetine)臨床用于重性抑郁障礙的治療,其主要作用機(jī)制與中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)(CNS)抑制5-羥色胺(5-HT)再攝取、增強(qiáng)5-HT活性相關(guān)。文中對(duì)沃替西汀的作用機(jī)制、藥效學(xué)、藥代動(dòng)力學(xué)、藥物相互作用、臨床評(píng)價(jià)和安全性等進(jìn)行綜述。
[Abstract]:The main mechanism of (vortioxetine) in the treatment of major depressive disorder is related to the inhibition of 5-HT (5-HT) reuptake and the enhancement of 5-HT activity by (CNS) in the central nervous system (CNS). In this paper, the mechanism, pharmacodynamics, pharmacokinetics, drug interaction, clinical evaluation and safety of votecetine are reviewed.
