【摘要】：目的制備恩諾沙星(enrofl oxacin)緩釋顆粒,并對其體外釋藥情況進行研究。方法采用熱熔融法制備緩釋顆粒,通過單因素實驗考察處方因素對恩諾沙星緩釋顆粒制備和釋放度的影響,并對其釋藥機理進行了初步探討。結(jié)果確定最優(yōu)處方為:恩諾沙星:石蠟:磷酸氫鈣=1:1:0.4,EC包衣增重2%,制備溫度20~30℃。結(jié)論恩諾沙星緩釋顆粒的處方合理,制備工藝簡單,重現(xiàn)性好,在體外釋放藥持續(xù)、緩慢、平穩(wěn)。
