【摘要】：正治療藥物監(jiān)測萌芽開始于20世紀50年代末60年代初的藥物治療研究,20世紀70年代中期在歐美興起,當時稱作臨床化學、臨床藥理、藥代動力學和藥物體內(nèi)分析等。1979年,隨著國際治療藥物監(jiān)測及毒理學會官方雜志Therapeutic Drug Monitoring的創(chuàng)刊,個體化藥學基礎及臨床領域的研究和實踐統(tǒng)稱為治療藥物監(jiān)測,并逐漸被業(yè)內(nèi)接受。80年代,藥物個體化治療的深入廣泛的開展更確定了"治療藥物監(jiān)測"的專業(yè)術語(therapeutic drug monitoring,TDM),并逐漸發(fā)展為一門多學科交融的臨床
[Abstract]:Therapeutic drug monitoring sprouting began in the late 1950s and early 1960s, and rose in Europe and the United States in the mid-1970s, when it was called clinical chemistry, clinical pharmacology, pharmacokinetics and drug analysis in vivo. With the founding of Therapeutic Drug Monitoring, the official journal of the International Society of Therapeutic Drug Monitoring and Toxicology, the research and practice in the basic and clinical fields of individualized pharmacy is called therapeutic drug monitoring, and has gradually been accepted by the industry in the 1980s. The extensive development of individualized drug therapy has confirmed the term "therapeutic drug monitoring" (therapeutic drug monitoring,TDM), and has gradually developed into a multidisciplinary clinical blend.
