一種新型PDE-5抑制劑衍生物的發(fā)現(xiàn)及結(jié)構(gòu)鑒定

【摘要】:基于超高效液相色譜電噴霧四極桿飛行時間串聯(lián)質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用(UPLC-DAD-QTOF-MS)技術(shù)檢出某保健酒中非法添加了一種磷酸二酯酶-5(PDE-5)抑制劑衍生物,經(jīng)制備液相色譜分離純化,采用UPLC-DADQTOF-MS、核磁共振(NMR)和紅外光譜(IR)技術(shù)對其進行了分析和結(jié)構(gòu)鑒定,確定其為一種新型艾地那非衍生物,國內(nèi)外均未見報道。
[Abstract]:A phosphodiesterase-5 (PDE-5) inhibitor derivative was detected by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) electrospray quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry (UPLC-DAD-QTOF-MS) technique. UPLC-DADQTOF-MS, NMR (NMR) and IR (IR) techniques were used to analyze and identify its structure. It was identified as a new kind of Edenafil derivative, which has not been reported at home and abroad.
