【摘要】：正1臨床資料患者,女,75歲,體質(zhì)量70 kg。因反復(fù)腹脹、腹痛10余年,再發(fā)伴停止排氣、排便1 d,于2016年2月22日入住我院。入院時(shí)生命體征:體溫(T)37℃,脈搏(P)80次/分,呼吸(R)18次/分,血壓(BP)150/70 mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa)。實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢查回報(bào):白細(xì)胞9.69×10~9/L,淋巴細(xì)
