【摘要】：本文介紹了《抗瘧藥物使用規(guī)范》的制訂和實(shí)施對(duì)我國(guó)瘧疾患者個(gè)體生命健康和國(guó)家公共衛(wèi)生安全的重要意義。本文在《抗瘧藥物使用規(guī)范》制訂過(guò)程中,對(duì)如何以世界衛(wèi)生組織相關(guān)的文件為指南,結(jié)合我國(guó)抗瘧藥物生產(chǎn)和供應(yīng)的實(shí)際情況,以及我國(guó)在長(zhǎng)期瘧疾防治過(guò)程中積累的經(jīng)驗(yàn),并根據(jù)我國(guó)消除瘧疾進(jìn)程中的實(shí)際需求選擇抗瘧藥物進(jìn)行了說(shuō)明。還對(duì)新制定的《抗瘧藥物使用規(guī)范》與世界衛(wèi)生組織《瘧疾治療指南》第3版和原《抗瘧藥使用原則和用藥方案》中抗瘧藥物使用劑量和療程的差異進(jìn)行了較為詳細(xì)的描述,并對(duì)特殊情況下調(diào)整抗瘧藥物的劑量和療程作了具體的解釋,以便于臨床醫(yī)生和公衛(wèi)醫(yī)生在臨床瘧疾患者救治和消除瘧疾進(jìn)程中傳染源控制時(shí)科學(xué)、合理、規(guī)范地使用抗瘧藥物。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the significance of the formulation and implementation of the guidelines for the use of antimalarial drugs to the individual life and health of malaria patients in China and the national public health safety. In the course of the formulation of the guidelines for the use of antimalarial drugs, this paper discusses how to use the relevant documents of the World Health Organization as a guide, combining with the actual situation of the production and supply of antimalarial drugs in China, as well as the experience accumulated in the long term malaria control process in China. The selection of antimalarial drugs according to the actual demand in the process of eliminating malaria in China was explained. The differences in dosage and course of use of antimalarial drugs between the newly developed guidelines for the use of antimalarial drugs and the World Health Organization guidelines for the treatment of Malaria, the third edition of the guidelines for the treatment of Malaria, and the original principles and programmes for the use of antimalarial drugs are also described in more detail. The specific explanation was given to adjust the dosage and course of antimalarial drugs under special circumstances so as to make it scientific and reasonable for clinicians and public health doctors to control the source of infection in the course of treatment and elimination of malaria in clinical malaria patients.
