【摘要】：目的建立反相高效液相色譜法測(cè)定氯霉素溶液中氯霉素及其降解產(chǎn)物氯霉素二醇物含量的方法。方法以十八烷基硅烷鍵合硅膠為填充劑[Dionex Acclaim C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)];流動(dòng)相:0.1%庚烷磺酸鈉溶液-冰乙酸-乙腈(68:0.2:32);流速:1.0m L/min;檢測(cè)波長(zhǎng):271nm;柱溫:30℃。結(jié)果氯霉素與氯霉素二醇物的平均回收率分別為100.6%、100.6%,RSD值分別為1.2%、0.59%(n=6);氯霉素的線性范圍為25.15~754.48μg/m L(r=0.9998),氯霉素二醇物的線性范圍為2.02~60.59μg/m L(r=0.9996)。結(jié)論 本文所建立的含量測(cè)定方法準(zhǔn)確可靠、重現(xiàn)性好,可作為制劑的質(zhì)量控制方法 。
