【摘要】：腺苷酸活化蛋白激酶(AMPK)是調控能量代謝的重要激酶,在維持機體能量代謝平衡中發(fā)揮重要作用。AMPK干擾腫瘤細胞的獨特能量代謝方式,廣泛影響腫瘤的發(fā)生、生長、轉移。最近研究表明,活化的AMPK可以抑制哺乳動物雷帕霉素靶蛋白(m TOR)途徑的異�；罨�,同時可通過乙酰輔酶A羧化酶(ACC)磷酸化促進脂肪代謝并誘導細胞周期停滯及細胞凋亡。因此,AMPK有望成為腫瘤治療的新靶點。本文對AMPK激活劑在抗腫瘤領域中的研究進展進行綜述,旨在為AMPK激活劑類抗腫瘤藥物的研發(fā)提供參考。
[Abstract]:Adenylate activated protein kinase (AMPK) is an important kinase that regulates energy metabolism and plays an important role in maintaining the balance of energy metabolism. AMPK interferes with the unique energy metabolism of tumor cells and widely affects the occurrence growth and metastasis of tumor. Recent studies have shown that activated AMPK can inhibit abnormal activation of (m TOR) pathway in mammalian rapamycin target protein. At the same time, the phosphorylation of acetyl coA carboxylase (ACC) can promote fat metabolism and induce cell cycle arrest and apoptosis. Therefore, AMPK is expected to be a new target for tumor therapy. In this paper, the research progress of AMPK activators in the field of antitumor is reviewed in order to provide a reference for the research and development of AMPK activators.
