尼古丁羥丙基-β-環(huán)糊精包合物的制備及穩(wěn)定性考察

【摘要】:目的:制備尼古丁羥丙基-β-環(huán)糊精(HP-β-CD)包合物,并進(jìn)行包合物的穩(wěn)定性考察。方法:采用冷凍干燥法制備尼古丁的包合物,通過星點設(shè)計-效應(yīng)面法優(yōu)化制備工藝,并做了熱穩(wěn)定性初步考察。結(jié)果:最佳的包合工藝為HP-β-CD與尼古丁物料摩爾比為3.36∶1,包合溫度45℃,包合時間3.5 h,水與HP-β-CD摩爾比為20∶1,平均包合率為56.22%,與預(yù)測值吻合。尼古丁采用環(huán)糊精包合后穩(wěn)定性有顯著提升。結(jié)論:該模型預(yù)測下的優(yōu)化工藝可行,可作為尼古丁包合物的制備工藝。
