【摘要】：目的對(duì)噬菌體展示技術(shù)在多肽類藥物開(kāi)發(fā)中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行綜述。方法通過(guò)查閱近年來(lái)國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)30篇,對(duì)其進(jìn)行分析和歸納總結(jié)。結(jié)果近年來(lái),利用噬菌體展示技術(shù)篩選特異性多肽取代抗體作為導(dǎo)向分子在導(dǎo)向藥物研發(fā)中取得了很大的成功,目前已有很多運(yùn)用噬菌體展示技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)多肽類藥物的成功案例。作者主要介紹通過(guò)噬菌體展示技術(shù)篩選特異性多肽在癌癥、心功能障礙及神經(jīng)性疾病、免疫性疾病和寄生動(dòng)物及細(xì)菌病毒感染病等方面的應(yīng)用。結(jié)論噬菌體展示技術(shù)是多肽類藥物開(kāi)發(fā)的重要手段,該技術(shù)越來(lái)越成熟,基于該技術(shù)篩選到的多種靶向多肽已經(jīng)商業(yè)化或進(jìn)入臨床試驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:Objective to review the application of phage display technology in the development of polypeptide drugs. Methods 30 literatures were reviewed, analyzed and summarized. Results in recent years, the use of phage display technology to screen specific peptides instead of antibodies as a targeting molecule in the development of targeted drugs has achieved great success. At present, there have been many successful cases of using phage display technology to develop polypeptide drugs. The authors mainly introduce the application of phage display in screening specific peptides in cancer, cardiac dysfunction and neuropathy, immune diseases, parasitic animal and bacterial virus infections. Conclusion Phage display technology is an important method for the development of polypeptide drugs, and it is becoming more and more mature. Many kinds of targeted peptides selected based on this technique have been commercialized or entered clinical trials.
