【摘要】：融合蛋白藥物是利用基因工程技術(shù)將不同的基因或基因片段融合在一起,經(jīng)表達(dá)后可以得到由不同的功能蛋白拼合在一起而形成的新型多結(jié)構(gòu)域的人工蛋白,可以優(yōu)化蛋白性能,甚至產(chǎn)生新功能,是一種極具潛在應(yīng)用價(jià)值與理論意義的方法。目前用這種方法形成的許多融合蛋白藥物已經(jīng)研制成功并應(yīng)用于臨床治療,該文嘗試對融合蛋白藥物分類及對各類的發(fā)展情況進(jìn)行綜述。
[Abstract]:The fusion protein drug is a new type of multidomain artificial protein which is formed by the fusion of different genes or gene fragments by genetic engineering technology and can be expressed by combining different functional proteins together. It can optimize the performance of protein and even produce new functions. It is a method with potential application value and theoretical significance. At present, many fusion protein drugs formed by this method have been successfully developed and applied in clinical treatment. This article attempts to review the classification of fusion protein drugs and their development.
