非層狀液晶系統(tǒng)在藥劑學(xué)中的研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:目的對近年來非層狀液晶在藥劑學(xué)中的研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行綜述,為非層狀液晶的進(jìn)一步研究提供思路。方法溶致液晶相根據(jù)內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)的不同可以分為層狀液晶和非層狀液晶,非層狀液晶比層狀液晶具有較高的穩(wěn)定性和包封率等優(yōu)勢,因此該體系作為藥物載體的研究引起了人們極大的興趣。本文作者參閱國內(nèi)外代表性文獻(xiàn),對其進(jìn)行分析、歸納和整理后進(jìn)行綜述。結(jié)果對非層狀液晶的制備材料、制備工藝及作為藥物載體的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了綜述。結(jié)論非層狀液晶在藥物載體的應(yīng)用中具有明顯的優(yōu)勢。
[Abstract]:Objective to review the research progress of nonlamellar liquid crystals (NLCs) in pharmacy in recent years, and to provide some ideas for further research on NLCs. Methods the lyotropic liquid crystal phase can be divided into lamellar liquid crystal and non-lamellar liquid crystal according to the different internal structure. The non-lamellar liquid crystal has higher stability and encapsulation efficiency than the lamellar liquid crystal. Therefore, the study of the system as a drug carrier has aroused great interest. The author of this paper, referring to the domestic and foreign representative literature, analyzes, sums up and summarizes it. Results the preparation of non-lamellar liquid crystals, the preparation process and the current status as drug carriers were reviewed. Conclusion Non-lamellar liquid crystal has obvious advantages in the application of drug carrier.
