【摘要】：目的:加強(qiáng)替加環(huán)素使用的規(guī)范管理,評(píng)價(jià)其用藥的合理性,為臨床合理用藥提供參考。方法:抽取我院2014年6月—2015年6月應(yīng)用注射用替加環(huán)素(泰閣)的出院患者病例,從病原學(xué)檢查、藥物敏感性試驗(yàn)、用法用量、疾病類型等方面對(duì)105例病例進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)分析。結(jié)果:我院應(yīng)用注射用替加環(huán)素的藥物利用指數(shù)(DUI)值為1.075;105例病例中,102(97.14%)例行病原學(xué)檢查,76例(72.38%)有藥敏試驗(yàn)結(jié)果;65例(61.90%)有2種以上混合感染;83例(79.05%)符合說(shuō)明書給藥劑量。結(jié)論:醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)需要對(duì)注射用替加環(huán)素的使用進(jìn)行嚴(yán)格管理,并對(duì)其給藥療程、劑量及處方權(quán)限加以控制,防止經(jīng)驗(yàn)性用藥,減少耐藥的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective: to strengthen the standardized management of the use of tegacycline, evaluate the rationality of its drug use, and provide reference for clinical rational use of tegacycline. Methods: 105 patients who were discharged with tegacycline (Taige) for injection from June 2014 to June 2015 were evaluated and analyzed in terms of etiological examination, drug sensitivity test, usage dosage, disease type and so on. Results: the drug utilization index (DUI) of tegicycline for injection in our hospital was 1.075% of 105 cases, 102.14% (97.14%) of them were pathologically examined, 76 cases (72.38%) had drug sensitivity test results, 65 cases (61.90%) had two or more mixed infections, 83 cases (79.05%) accorded with the prescribed dosage. Conclusion: medical institutions need to strictly manage the use of tegicycline for injection, and control the course, dosage and prescription authority of the administration of tegacyclin in order to prevent experiential drug use and reduce the occurrence of drug resistance.
