成纖維細(xì)胞生長因子的轉(zhuǎn)化研究及藥物研發(fā)進展

【摘要】:成纖維細(xì)胞生長因子(fibroblast growth factors,FGFs)是生物體內(nèi)重要的生長因子,對來源于中胚層和神經(jīng)外胚層的組織細(xì)胞具有廣泛的生物學(xué)作用,參與創(chuàng)傷修復(fù)、神經(jīng)修復(fù)、代謝調(diào)控、新生血管形成和胚胎發(fā)育等過程。隨著分子生物學(xué)等技術(shù)的不斷進步,生物科學(xué)家們對FGFs的研究不斷深入,FGFs有望成為一種新的治療手段,為疾病的治療提供新思路。目前,FGFs運用于燒傷創(chuàng)面及慢性潰瘍創(chuàng)面治療已有新藥上市應(yīng)用。文章就FGFs在創(chuàng)傷修復(fù)、神經(jīng)修復(fù)、代謝調(diào)控和內(nèi)臟缺血性損傷等領(lǐng)域的轉(zhuǎn)化研究及其藥物研發(fā)進行介紹。
[Abstract]:Fibroblast growth factor (fibroblast growth factors,FGFs) is an important growth factor in organisms. It has a wide range of biological effects on histocytes derived from mesoderm and neuroectoderm, and is involved in wound repair, nerve repair and metabolic regulation. Angiogenesis and embryonic development. With the development of molecular biology and other technologies, the study of FGFs by biological scientists is getting deeper and deeper. FGFs is expected to become a new treatment method and provide new ideas for the treatment of diseases. At present, FGFs has been used in the treatment of burn wounds and chronic ulcer wounds. In this paper, the transformation and drug development of FGFs in wound repair, nerve repair, metabolic regulation and visceral ischemic injury are reviewed.
