染料木素固體分散體的制備及體外評(píng)價(jià)

【摘要】:以聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP K30)為載體,利用噴霧干燥法制備染料木素(1)的固體分散體。采用X射線粉末衍射(XRPD)、差示掃描量熱分析(DSC)和激光粒度分析(LD-PSD)對(duì)制品進(jìn)行表征。結(jié)果表明,1在固體分散體中均以無(wú)定形或分子狀態(tài)存在。所制備的1-PVP K30(1∶5,w/w)固體分散體平均粒徑為(8.9±1.1)?m,在pH 6.8緩沖液中不但可顯著提高1的溶解度至8.37 mg/ml,而且可使1在2 h內(nèi)完全溶出;此外,在25℃/相對(duì)濕度60%條件下放置2個(gè)月,物理和化學(xué)穩(wěn)定性較好。

X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) (XRPD), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and laser particle size analysis (LD-PSD) were used to characterize the product. The results show that 1 exists in amorphous or molecular state in solid dispersion.
