【摘要】：采用單因素與正交設(shè)計(jì)試驗(yàn),篩選得到馬尼地平磷脂復(fù)合物的優(yōu)化制備工藝為:馬尼地平與卵磷脂的投料比為1∶1,將馬尼地平濃度為20 mg/ml的甲醇溶液與卵磷脂濃度為100 mg/ml的三氯甲烷溶液按5∶1的比例混合,于40℃反應(yīng)4 h。采用HPLC法測定藥物含量。與原藥及其與磷脂物理混合物相比,磷脂復(fù)合物溶出度明顯提高。
