【摘要】：目的:了解2010-2013年某院報告為嚴重的藥品不良反應的發(fā)生情況,促進臨床安全合理用藥。方法:回顧性調查某院121例嚴重的不良反應病例報告,從患者的一般情況、藥品種類、不良反應類型等方面進行統(tǒng)計和分析。結果:121例嚴重的不良反應中,男性略多于女性,以≥60歲老年患者居多;懷疑藥品以抗感染藥物最多,代表藥物為頭孢哌酮鈉舒巴坦鈉;涉及藥品中注射劑型最多,口服給藥方式最常見;累及系統(tǒng)或器官以消化系統(tǒng)居首,其次為全身損害;臨床表現以過敏為多。結論:應繼續(xù)加強臨床藥品不良反應尤其是嚴重的藥品不良反應的監(jiān)測,為臨床安全合理用藥提供依據。
