【摘要】：目的:了解2010-2013年某院報(bào)告為嚴(yán)重的藥品不良反應(yīng)的發(fā)生情況,促進(jìn)臨床安全合理用藥。方法:回顧性調(diào)查某院121例嚴(yán)重的不良反應(yīng)病例報(bào)告,從患者的一般情況、藥品種類、不良反應(yīng)類型等方面進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)和分析。結(jié)果:121例嚴(yán)重的不良反應(yīng)中,男性略多于女性,以≥60歲老年患者居多;懷疑藥品以抗感染藥物最多,代表藥物為頭孢哌酮鈉舒巴坦鈉;涉及藥品中注射劑型最多,口服給藥方式最常見;累及系統(tǒng)或器官以消化系統(tǒng)居首,其次為全身損害;臨床表現(xiàn)以過敏為多。結(jié)論:應(yīng)繼續(xù)加強(qiáng)臨床藥品不良反應(yīng)尤其是嚴(yán)重的藥品不良反應(yīng)的監(jiān)測,為臨床安全合理用藥提供依據(jù)。
