聚乙烯醇-卟啉新型納米顆粒的制備及其光熱特性
[Abstract]:Aim to introduce a certain proportion of demagnesium chloric acid into polyvinyl alcohol-lipoic acid polymer and analyze its physical and chemical properties and photothermal properties. Methods (PLP) polymer was synthesized by "one step method". The particle size, polydispersity coefficient and 味 potential of PLP nanoparticles were measured by laser particle size analyzer, and morphology was observed under electron microscope. The fluorescence and photothermal characteristics of ovarian cancer in vitro were investigated by spectrophotometry and thermal imager, and a nude mouse model of ovarian cancer was established and evaluated in vivo. Results the synthesized PLP polymers were self-assembled in aqueous phase to form regular spherical nanoparticles with compact spherical structure and average particle size under electron microscope. The fluorescence intensity of polydispersity coefficient and 味 potential were (22.92 鹵9.00) nm,0.117 鹵0.056 and (-25.43 鹵0.77) mV;PLPN in phosphate buffer (PBS) significantly lower than those in dodecyl sodium sulfate (SDS) solution (P0.05), but the temperature after near-infrared illumination was significantly higher than that of SDS solution (P0.05). Can be targeted at the tumor site, Near-infrared irradiation can significantly increase the temperature of tumor site and kill tumor cells. Conclusion PLPN emits red fluorescence, can focus on tumor site and imaging in vivo, and has obvious photothermal conversion characteristics in vivo and in vitro, and can effectively inhibit the growth of tumor in vivo.
