【摘要】：近年來,細(xì)菌耐藥性已成為全球性問題。微生物作為抗生素的重要來源,在發(fā)掘抗耐藥菌新型抗生素的研究中承擔(dān)了重要角色,許多微生物來源天然化合物展現(xiàn)了顯著的抗耐藥菌活性。本文主要綜述了近十年發(fā)現(xiàn)的微生物源抗耐藥菌天然化合物,并概括了抗耐藥菌活性天然產(chǎn)物的篩選方法,以期對(duì)抗耐藥菌新型抗生素的發(fā)現(xiàn)做鋪墊。
[Abstract]:In recent years, bacterial resistance has become a global problem. As an important source of antibiotics, microorganisms play an important role in exploring new antibiotic resistant bacteria. Many natural microbial compounds show significant antimicrobial activity. This paper reviews the natural compounds of antimicrobial resistance found in recent ten years, and summarizes the screening methods of natural products of antimicrobial activity in order to pave the way for the discovery of new antibiotics against drug-resistant bacteria.
