硫柳汞對秀麗隱桿線蟲神經(jīng)行為及生長發(fā)育的影響

【摘要】:目的通過研究硫柳汞對秀麗隱桿線蟲(簡稱線蟲)幼蟲神經(jīng)行為及生長發(fā)育的影響,初步探討硫柳汞對線蟲的神經(jīng)發(fā)育毒性。方法采用L1期線蟲,以0~140μmol/L或0~5μmol/L硫柳汞分別暴露48 h,檢測其半數(shù)致死濃度(LC50),分別考察其對線蟲運(yùn)動行為、感知行為、攝食行為及生長發(fā)育(體長、體寬)的影響。結(jié)果與溶劑對照組比較,線蟲幼蟲暴露于硫柳汞48 h后,其運(yùn)動行為(頭部擺動和身體彎曲)、感知行為(趨向和趨避)和攝食行為(咽泵震動)均有顯著改變(P0.05)。此外,硫柳汞顯著抑制線蟲的生長發(fā)育,并且這種抑制作用具有劑量-效應(yīng)關(guān)系。結(jié)論硫柳汞對線蟲幼蟲神經(jīng)行為及生長發(fā)育產(chǎn)生不良影響,其毒性機(jī)制有待深入研究。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the neurodevelopmental toxicity of thiomersal to nematode by studying the effect of thiomersal on the nerve behavior and growth of nematode larvae. Methods the 50% lethal concentration (LC50) of nematode was measured after exposure to 0 ~ 140 渭 mol/L or 0 ~ 5 渭 mol/L thiomersal for 48 h, and the effects on motor behavior, perceptual behavior, feeding behavior and growth and development (body length, body width) of nematode were investigated. Results compared with the solvent control group, the movement behavior (head swing and body bending), perceptual behavior (trend and avoidance) and feeding behavior (pharyngeal pump vibration) of nematode larvae significantly changed after exposure to thiomersal for 48 h (P0.05). In addition, thiomersal significantly inhibited the growth and development of nematode, and the inhibition was dose-effect. Conclusion thiomersal has adverse effects on nervous behavior, growth and development of nematode larvae, and the toxic mechanism of thiomersal needs further study.
