氣相色譜法測定美沙拉嗪腸溶片中苯胺、2-氨基苯酚、4-氨基苯酚3種有關(guān)物質(zhì)的含量

【摘要】:目的:建立氣相色譜法測定美沙拉嗪腸溶片中苯胺、2-氨基苯酚、4-氨基苯酚3種有關(guān)物質(zhì)的含量。方法:采用安捷倫HP-5(5%Ph Me Silicone)毛細(xì)管柱(10 m×0.53 mm×2.65μm),載氣為高純氮?dú)?99.999%),流速15 m L·min-1,進(jìn)樣口溫度280℃,氫火焰離子檢測器(FID)300℃,柱溫為程序升溫(起始溫度70℃,保持2 min,以10℃·min-1的速率升溫至150℃,維持6 min)。結(jié)果:在選定的色譜條件下,苯胺、2-氨基苯酚、4-氨基苯酚3個(gè)雜質(zhì)分離度良好,回收率在97%~103%之間,精密度、線性回歸等良好。3批樣品中苯胺含量均為0.00012%;2-氨基苯酚含量分別為0.00022%、0.00018%和0.00019%;4-氨基苯酚含量分別為0.00025%、0.00024%和0.00024%。結(jié)論:本方法能用于美沙拉嗪腸溶片的質(zhì)量檢測。
