【摘要】：目的采用HPLC法測定注射用頭孢哌酮鈉他唑巴坦鈉中的有關(guān)物質(zhì)。方法采用CAPCELL PAK MGⅡC18色譜柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流動(dòng)相為5 mmol·L-1氫氧化四丁基銨溶液-乙腈(67∶33,用磷酸調(diào)p H4.0),流速1.0 m L·min~(-1),柱溫30℃,檢測波長230 nm。結(jié)果各雜質(zhì)與頭孢哌酮和他唑巴坦兩色譜峰均能完全分離;精密度及耐用性均符合要求。結(jié)論所用方法準(zhǔn)確、靈敏、專屬性強(qiáng),可用于注射用頭孢哌酮鈉他唑巴坦鈉中有關(guān)物質(zhì)的檢查。
