【摘要】：采用硅膠柱色譜、Sephadex LH-20凝膠柱色譜及PHPLC等手段對(duì)雷公藤(Tripterygium wilfordii Hook.f.)內(nèi)生真菌廣布擬盤多毛孢(Pestalotiopsis disseminata)的發(fā)酵次級(jí)代謝產(chǎn)物進(jìn)行分離純化,通過理化性質(zhì)及波譜學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)分析對(duì)化合物結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行鑒定。結(jié)果表明,從內(nèi)生真菌Pestalotiopsis disseminata的次級(jí)代謝產(chǎn)物中共分離并鑒定了7個(gè)單體化合物,分別為7-羥基-5-甲氧基-4,6-二甲基苯酞(Ⅰ)、腺苷(Ⅱ)、尿苷(Ⅲ)、鄰苯二甲酸二正丁酯(Ⅳ)、鄰苯二甲酸二異丁酯(Ⅴ)、1,1′-二(1,1′-羧基乙基)醚(Ⅵ)、赤蘚醇(Ⅶ),其中化合物Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅵ、Ⅶ為首次從該屬真菌中分離得到,化合物Ⅰ、Ⅴ為首次從該種真菌中分離得到。
