FTIR定量分析維生素C制劑的制樣方法研究

【摘要】:將維生素C固體制劑溶于水,過濾后所得溶液定量注射到KBr基質(zhì)中,80℃烘干后,研磨,過篩,分別采用KBr壓片法和漫反射法測定維生素C制劑中抗壞血酸的含量。選擇1754 cm-1處的酯羰基伸縮振動(dòng)吸收峰作為定量吸收峰,以1728~1782 cm-1范圍內(nèi)的峰面積評(píng)估吸光度,其值與抗壞血酸的質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)呈良好的線性關(guān)系,相關(guān)系數(shù)分別為0.999和0.997。KBr壓片法和漫反射法測定3種市售維生素C制劑中抗壞血酸含量,結(jié)果與碘量法一致;相對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差分別≤4.2%(n=3)和≤4.6%(n=10),加標(biāo)回收率分別為98.8%和101%。FTIR定量分析中采用新型制樣方法有效避免了輔料的干擾,可實(shí)現(xiàn)維生素C固體制劑中抗壞血酸含量的準(zhǔn)確測定,分析結(jié)果的重現(xiàn)性也得到了提高。
