【摘要】：總結(jié)我國(guó)藥品供應(yīng)保障體系建設(shè)取得的成就,分析當(dāng)前存在的主要問題,側(cè)重探討藥品制造業(yè)的發(fā)展、藥品創(chuàng)新潛力、中藥和民族藥發(fā)展。建議加大藥品研發(fā)投入強(qiáng)度,提高我國(guó)藥品研發(fā)和創(chuàng)新能力;充分利用我國(guó)豐富的中藥和民族藥資源,重視中醫(yī)藥發(fā)展;科學(xué)完善并嚴(yán)格實(shí)施藥品審批制度,避免低水平重復(fù);提高《國(guó)家基本醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)藥品目錄》的時(shí)效性,完善藥品供應(yīng)保障政策法規(guī)。
[Abstract]:This paper summarizes the achievements in the construction of drug supply and security system in China, analyzes the main problems existing at present, and probes into the development of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, the potential of drug innovation, and the development of traditional Chinese medicine and national medicine. It is suggested to increase the investment intensity of drug research and development, improve the ability of drug development and innovation in our country, make full use of the abundant resources of traditional Chinese medicine and national medicine, attach importance to the development of traditional Chinese medicine, scientifically perfect and strictly implement the drug examination and approval system, and avoid low level duplication. To improve the timeliness of the National basic Medical Insurance Drug catalogue and improve the policies and regulations on drug supply and security.
